This is primarily a VB.net shop work on both web commerce applications and enterprise business applications. All apps are database driven and can have complex data models. Must be aware of best practices for SQL development in a web environment. Also be willing to use whatever technology is required to get the job done. Commonly use Javascript, AJAX, XML, ASPx, etc.
