Job Description:

The reporting analyst position involves creation and maintenance of business reports for multiple business operations. This includes ongoing development of monthly/daily reporting, development of a web-based reporting application, and ad hoc analysis for multiple clients in a complex business environment. Must be comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.



Education:

High school graduate, some college preferred



Experience:

•• Demonstrated experience using MS SQL Server 2005 views and stored procedures in large databases (10GB or higher with number of rows in the order of millions) utilizing multiple joins.

• Understanding of web technologies and experience with HTML, cascading style sheets, ASP.NET, VB.NET, or similar development tools.

• Experience with Visual Source Safe is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following reporting tools: Crystal Reports, Cognos, Business Objects, and Microsoft Access.



Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to create a cooperative relationship with customers.

• Ability to review data and provide sound analysis to clients/customers.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good accountability skills are essential.



Certificates/ Licenses:

None required, although MS SQL, HTML, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, MS Access certificates are desirable.
